RoastMyPic ("the Service") is an AI-powered entertainment application that generates humorous roasts based on user-uploaded photos. The Service is provided by Built on Binary ("we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using RoastMyPic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• You are responsible for all content you upload.
• Do not upload images of people without their consent.
• Do not use the Service to harass, bully, or harm others.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

4. Content & AI Disclaimers

• All roasts are AI-generated humor and should not be taken seriously.
• We are not responsible for hurt feelings — this is a comedy service.
• AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate or unexpected.
• Shared roasts are public. Think before you share.

5. Payments

• RoastMyPic requires a payment of $4.99 USD for a pack of 20 roasts.
• There is no free tier. Payment is required before generating roasts.
• Additional roast packs may be purchased at any time.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• No refunds — the AI already roasted you.
• Prices may change with notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
